PubMatic is looking for a Programmatic Trading Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore and support the APAC business in growing revenue from our buyside focused platform. This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with the APAC Advertiser Solutions team to offer support and develop and scale programmatic demand from agencies and partners.

 

The successful candidate will have a unique ability to combine their programmatic trading knowledge, technical and creative thinking with strong communication skills.

 

In this role you will serve in a proactive manner in monitoring, tracking, and delivering programmatic executions, including reporting, assessing performance and optimizing accordingly. This role will also lead troubleshooting for various technical issues that may arise with demand partners while championing PubMatic’s buyside platform capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own sizeable client budgets throughout the entire media buying lifecycle, from media planning, execution, optimization, reporting, analysis and insights
  • Drive repeatable, scalable client successes by leveraging your strong background and track record of achievements in programmatic media trading
  • Oversee quality of campaign set-up and ongoing performance against client objectives, ensuring client satisfaction is fully met
  • Treat client campaigns as your own - always looking for ways to optimize budgets and improve upon current tactics
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of programmatic media plans and campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities or processes to work more efficiently both internally and externally
     
  • Requirements:
     

  • Hands-on programmatic trading experience is a must
  • Minimum 5-7 years in digital advertising, preferably in a programmatic role at an agency, trading desk or technology company
  • Applied knowledge of key industry partners for fraud, viewability, brand safety, data
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of & experience in online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile, RTB, programmatic buying
  • Analytical skills combined with great problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookup application knowledge
  • Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize various requests and responsibilities.
