Overview
You’ll be responsible for driving sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth for PubMatic within leading brands and advertisers across APAC.

About the role
- You’ll build an effective sales strategy that targets new brand and advertiser relationships across APAC.
- You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting leads, engaging through various channels, developing customised solutions, followed by presenting and pitching to senior/C-level stakeholders.
- You’ll work closely with internal teams across regions and functions to support the sales and onboarding process for new customers.
- You’ll work both local and regional clients across the programmatic landscape in APAC, specifically in India, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
- You’ll respond to brand briefs and customize solutions that meet their business objectives.
- You’ll lead global & local market coordination efforts to expand brand penetration.
- You’ll quickly become comfortable with the PubMatic technology suite and it’s capability.
- You’ll enjoy and be comfortable with travel locally and across the region, for prospect/client meetings, conferences, internal meetings.
About you
- 10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or product within an advertising technology company.
- Deep understanding of the ecosystem from the advertiser and brand perspective in Australia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Japan.
- Established relationships across key advertisers and brands in APAC.
- Growth mindset: willing to take risks, ask questions.
- Solution leadership: able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship with our Product Management and R&D team.
- Understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply side platforms and ad serving tech.
- Clear communicator and service-oriented leader.
- Ability to present effectively to C-level executives and confidently navigate challenges.
- Ultra-high EQ & high level of self-awareness.
