About the position
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium publishers, providing day-to-day support.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support, issue resolution and where possible guide up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximise customers' return on investment.
- Engage in daily communication with clients to build strong, lasting relationships and address their needs promptly.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital advertising and programmatic best practices.
About you
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the ad-tech sector.
- In-depth understanding of publishers and supply-side platforms (SSPs) and the programmatic landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
- A deep understanding of digital advertising and programmatic.
- Fluency in German and English.
