Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the position. 

  • You’ll be key member of our Go-To-Market team as an individual contributor.  

  • This position is rooted in our In-App focus, where you’ll provide thought leadership, content and internal support on the subject across the regional and global organization. 

  • You’ll lead and support the growth and success for EMEA In-App by achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue goals​.  

  • You’ll ensure best in class customer service and account management. Driving best practices and operational efficiencies to increase customer satisfaction​.  

  • You’ll establish relationships with local and regional clients to support a healthy and growing PubMatic ecosystem.  

  • You’ll maintain a deep understanding of all PubMatic products and roadmap for the purposes of upselling existing clients​.  

  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and team leaders to inform strategy and product alignment for account growth. ​  

  • You’ll collaborate with demand teams to drive successful performance across your  
    account portfolio. 

About you 

  • You’ll be experienced in Customer Success/Account management within an AdTech industry. 

  • You’ll have solid technical understanding of the programmatic buying process.  

  • You’ll be skilled in leading and implementing QBR’s. 

  • You’ll be proficient in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business 

  • You’ll have strong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skills 

  • You’ll have  In-App / Mobile exposure from within AdTech. 

  • You’ll have a confident and proactive approach to internal and external collaboration, communicating up to C-Level, across global organisations. 

  • You’ll be a balanced mix of data driven, analytical and creative. Applying those elements into a consultative style that provides commercial strategy.  

  • You’ll have confidence to handle problems and people. Ingenious and practical in finding solutions to problems, decisive and proactive in putting solutions into action.
