Director, Advertiser Solutions CTV

We are seeking a dynamic Director, Advertiser Solutions with a strong background in TV to drive key relationships and revenue with our media agency partners. The ideal candidate will have robust advertising sales experience, particularly with Audio-Visual (AV) teams within ad agencies. The role involves building strong relationships with these teams and helping them leverage our publisher solutions to fulfil business needs and maximize revenue potential. This person will also be the TV subject matter expert within the UK Ad Solutions team and will generate leads and provide support across the team. The candidate will strive to exceed revenue targets through active selling, account management, program implementation, and managing terms and expectations for both new and existing clients. This position requires effective communication across all levels, from junior to senior executives, internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of advertising sales experience, specifically with a focus on working with AV teams within media agencies.
  • Strong background in linear TV advertising, with a solid understanding of the traditional TV ecosystem and how it integrates with digital solutions.
  • Proven success navigating AV teams within Ad Agencies, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across these teams. A strong “black book” of agency TV/AV team contacts.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a history of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships from junior staff to C-suite executives, both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with linear and programmatic TV sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of building, navigating and closing trading agreements with agencies
  • Knowledge of the evolving media landscape, including both traditional and digital advertising ecosystems.
