About the position.
- You’ll join our ‘Advertiser Solutions’ department and would report into the Country Manager. Your key focus will be to manage the mid to senior buy-side relationships, particularly selected agencies, brands and demand side platforms (DSP’s).
- The role’s objectives & targets will be heavily focussed on the acquisition of new business, whilst remaining committed to account management and growth.
- You’ll develop a deep understanding of PubMatic’s product suite and services, providing customers with tailored solutions that maximise their ROI.
- Externally you’ll work and partner with senior stakeholders, up to C-level.
- Internally you’ll collaborate with Technical Sales, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, Local & Global Ad Solutions and Global Product Management Teams.
About you.
- The Director of Advertiser Solutions is a highly visible and strategically important role at PubMatic. You’ll bring digital media experience along with a deep understanding of real-time bidding, a mastery of the full programmatic supply chain, and a network of agency relationships across Benelux.
- You have a sales background in the online industry. I.e. Publishers, Ad Network / Sales House, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DSPs or Ad agencies.
- You specifically have a passion for ‘New Business’ sales, including developing and implementing sales strategies that target increase platform spend.
- You’re able to balance the need for continuous sales development and account development.
- You have technical and industry knowledge of programmatic buying and selling, including topics such as pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies.
- You regularly attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- You’re data driven, turning insights into actions and opportunities.
- You’re confident presenter across different stakeholders and topics.
